  • I am working on becoming a preferred provider with insurance companies. Check with your insurance company to see if I am in-network with your insurance.

    If I am not in network, I am happy to provide a Superbill.

    Please note: I am NOT a Medicaid nor a Medicare provider.

  • Currently, only credit/debit cards are accepted and charged the same day of services redered.
