My approach is an integrated model of faith-informed counseling, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Other therapies may be offered depending on your needs and receptiveness to techniques. I work collaboratively with you to help you meet your therapeutic goals.
